f118b173af Extra definitions paths via RUBY_BUILD_DEFINITIONS 
This is a colon-separated list of directories that will get searched for
build definition in order from left to right.

ff75ca7204 Support changing RUBY_BUILD_ROOT 
This is to allow specifying an alternate path where `share/ruby-build/*`
definitions reside. Useful in tests as well.

a6395eb296 Add support for RUBY_CONFIGURE_OPTS and RUBY_MAKE_OPTS 
These variables let you pass Ruby-specific configure and make options
that will not be passed to dependent packages like libyaml.
